Our next Cheese 101 class on Thursday, March 16 at 7:00 p.m. at our Fargo store. At each class we offer a fresh selection of new cheese as well as a few of our favorites.
During the class our resident cheesemonger guides you through a tasting of the eight primary cheese types based on how they are made. Whether you are a cheese novice or expert, the event is designed to be fun and educational.

About Our Cheese Classes
Whether your cheese expertise is limited to shopping in the grocery store or exploring cheese from around the globe, there will be something for everyone!
We will explain the basics of each type, how to taste and to use your nose as well as some of the stories behind the cheeses in each class.
You'll leave with the knowledge you need to go to a cheese counter with confidence! This class will make cheese buying easier and will give you the know how to create a perfect cheese course of your own.
Each class includes wine or a non-alcoholic beverage that pairs well with a variety of accompaniments we will provide.
Cheese 101 is a great date night or shared experience for your club or group.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to the event. After our class we will be available to cut any product that you tasted and tried during the class.
